From our first phone call to completion of our shower has been faultless. We had updates from the start and an excellent survey carried out. The team understood our requirements exactly . Tyler fitted the shower for us. He was so efficient and so kind and respectful of our home and of us. This review is from Jenny Naylor. I don't have a negative thing to say about the service we received from Simply Bathrooms. Everyone that we have had contact with has been friendly, accommodating and professional. We mainly dealt with Blake, who is lovely. We had a consultation with him at Peterborough and were made to feel that our needs were important. We received what we felt was a personalised service from start to finish. Blake asked what we wanted in our project and the finished bathroom was exactly how we hoped it would look. The first draught was tweaked, via email, and the communication was first rate. The emails were answered either the same day or the next and we must have sent a good 20 communications to him. We never felt like we were imposing. I have nothing but praise for Simply Bathrooms and would happily recommend them. I would love to mention our fitter Ben who completed the whole project and brought it in on time. He was extremely professional, highly skilled and kept us updated with the work he was doing and what was left to do.

Blake created a smart, well‑thought‑out design, and Archie who carried out the installation was great. First class service from design to installation of our new bathroom from Simply Bathrooms. It was a pleasure to work with Blake from his initial design ideas to the slightly revised final design. The installation team of Archie and Jay were brilliant who completed the majority of the installation in 4 days and finished it off a few days later. Highly recommend Simply Bathrooms.

We were especially impressed with the fitters Archie & Jay who were at our house during the 3 weeks. Always polite,positive and respectful. Archie came up with some really innovative ideas, creating bespoke and top quality workmanship.We are over the moon with our bathroom/wetroom. Went in with a rough idea of what I wanted, requiring a partition wall removing and adding a Window into the bathroom, initial meeting was quick and easy they drew up plans and arranged everything. Had 1 issue with pipe being in an unexpected place but they soon created an alternative design for me to appove. The whole process was stress free and they are very contactable, Very happy with the way it turned out bathroom looks great and has so much storage now would recommend.
