Excellent replacement of an old bathroom from start to finish. Willing to make changes as the project progressed including at very short notice. A timing schedule was supplied before commencement and adhered to except due to the speed of the excellent tiler they were able to complete a few days early. The fitters were extremely professional and helpful, willing to discuss options and make suggestions for improvements on original ideas as we went along. All work was completed to the highest standards.

Within a week of contacting AJ Bird Bathrooms with an enquiry about having a bathroom refit, we had a visit from Tony, an estimate, we chose fittings and tiles and booked a date for the work to be done. Tony made the whole process easy and comfortable for us with his knowledge and great organisation and communication skills. Tony and team have done work for us in the past, so we knew they would do a good job and sure enough when the time came, everything went to plan and the team, Luke, Simon, Ricky and Lucas worked very hard to make sure our beautiful new bathroom was completed to a very high standard and on time. They are all highly skilled, professional friendly and polite and it was a pleasure to meet them. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and really do appreciate the hard work and professionalism of the AJ Bird Bathrooms team.

Over the last few days we have had a new walk-in shower installed to replace our bath. We have nothing but praise for all that was done for us by AJ Bird. The initial consultation with Tony was comprehensive, carefully arranged and thoroughly professional. His help in us making important decisions was unbiased and invaluable. In a far shorter time than we anticipated, Luke and Simon were on site and the job was completed. What stood out was their skill, their care for our home and their thought for us and everything they did. Their work and attitude was just outstanding. At all stages we were kept informed of progress and what was planned. In short we could not have wished for better in any aspect of the work carried out - from start to finish. We are delighted with the result and will always be grateful for all that Tony and his team did for us. This company is special. We would recommend it wholeheartedly with absolutely no reservation.

We recently had both our en‑suite and main bathroom completely refitted, and the results are nothing short of exceptional. We recently had our bathroom refitted and the whole family are delighted with the results. Tony, visited our home three times as we kept changing our mind as to what we wanted and was very patient as we kept adding work to the schedule.
