Clifton Trade Bathrooms Stoke

Really good experience with Clifton’s Stoke. Meant to post this review a couple of months ago. I’m still happy with my en-suite. Love the colour. Thank you to Mandy for help and suggestions.

Purchased complete bathroom suite from Cliftons, Stoke to carry out a full refirb of our main Bathroom. Excellent quality at a really competitive price. Despite having a couple of minor issues with the order/delivery I have to say that the team at Stoke were brilliant in sorting it out, Jayne (Manager) went out of her way to put things right which I couldn't of asked for more. Thank you and would definately recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service, products are of high standard and beautiful. Staff were polite and so helpful. Delivery was above expectation. Prices were very good, the manageress (jane) couldn't do enough in assisting me with choice as she has years of experience which truly helped my final decision. The only issue I had was one of my items was mixed up due to main warehouse, however the stoke depot operations manager had it dealt with within 24 hours. They also recommended me an amazingly talented, clean, rapid trader (wes Alcock) who, again, used his years of experience to ensure my bathroom was perfect. Thankyou

Great experience dealing with Cliftons. Our 2nd order from them. We had our ensuite done a few years ago and just ordered our new bathroom. Callum was great, came and did our free in home measure. He was very friendly, made some great recommendations and advised us on options. Also we initially dealt with Matt who showed us some options for sink and units, again a great experience. Always quality products and we always receive friendly, helpful support from all the team. We can't wait to have our new bathroom fitted very soon. Thank you, Clare and David Carp.

Thanks to Callum at Clifton bathrooms who kindly made choosing my bathroom pieces simple and to Jane and Andy for the cuppa and for loading my car. Callum patiently showed me what was available, based on my preferred style and needs, whilst advising me on the most suitable options. My plumber recommended Clifton as if something doesn’t go as planned on a job, they’re always available with the solution straight away, rather than having to order and wait for days.

My partner and I have recently purchased a full bathroom suite from here following a recommendation for our plumber. What a pleasant and easy experience this was! Laura was extremely welcoming upon arrival and listened to all our wishes and queries, Laura provided us with amazing help and advice with choosing and purchasing our dream bathroom. My dad has recently fitted our bathroom and what a beautiful suite it is, such high quality! We have since been back in store for advice and purchasing of more items to fit our new toilet room and all the team have been so helpful.
