Bathroom Basics

I would highly recommend bathroom basics, having used them for my own bathroom a few years ago I didn't hesitate to recommend to my mum and she is thrilled with her new easy access shower. Great no nonsense advice and no pushy sales people trying to get you to spend more than you need to. The fitter Nathan was brilliant and super friendly, he genuinely wanted to make it right for mum's needs. Thank you!😀

Our Bathroom could have been a nightmare , we found our small bit of water damage was extensive and our choice of wall board was not what we expected when on the wall . No problem for this company, all issues handled by the fitters and Bathroom Basics with no dramas. Our fitters Billy and Chris just handled the problems and sorted it out even working through the weekend and Ant helped out during the last few days to get the job done on time . We received a 5* service from initial consultation to the fitting of a wet room. Steve came out to advise and provide a quote. He was thorough and gave none of that daft sales speak that wastes the customer’s time. He only told us what we needed to know and answered our questions thoroughly. He brought a range of samples and brochures for my mother to choose from as she is currently housebound. The fitting of the wet room was led by Billy with assistance from other trades people as needed. They were all superb, very personable and thorough. They managed to contain the dust surprisingly well considering the job that they had to do. We were so appreciative of the respect that they showed towards the home and the family members as a whole. The finish product looks very smart and is ideal for what was requested. I would certainly recommend Basic Bathrooms for the entire service and for pricing. They were recommended to us through Ableworld in Stafford.

I have 5 star reviewed BB before not only did they fit my new bathroom in my new home they did a great job again and to further boost their ego I had a little problem with the show I rang them up and within a hour someone was here and fixed it. If only all businesses were as easy to deal with as BB and as professional. Thank you especially Matt.

We have seen them in Talke, visited the showroom in Fenton, had Steve come out to our home talk us through options and had our hall water tank room and ensuite converted to a wetroom by Billy and Craig. We have been very pleased at every step of the process. I was really surprised it was no upfront deposit and no pushy sales talk in showroom or at home. We were given a timeframe and the whole process went smoothly from 1st visit (16.03.26) to completion (29.05.26). There were some bumps, like a broken mirror and a chipped toilet seat but these were resolved before we knew they'd been an issue. They were friendly, tidy and great at communicating. The quality of the workmanship was exemplary throughout. Going from using a shower stool in a shower, accessed via an aerobics step, to having a wetroom with a custom fitted bench and body dryer has been truly life changing already. They've done an excellent job. I am very appreciative. Thank ypu so much!

My mother in law had a sit in shower fitted by Nathan and "Duck" (mother in law didn't catch his name, so called him Duck,sorry). She was more than happy with the finished product. The lads have done a great job and their attitude and explanation of the work ( some modification to original spec) could not have been any better. Would definitely recommend the process from start to finish.
