From the Start with a phone call for a quote to the Finish Fitted Installed Walk-In Shower..I was well Looked After by This Company..The Company kept in touch, to check if I was Ok and Happy with the Company Service...From The Shop Floor Management to the Install Fitters, I felt so much at Ease and was Treated like Royalty. I've used my Walk-In Shower, and Felt so Safe and Secure while I was Cleansing myself. The Bathroom Place have pulled out all the Stops, Nothing was Too Much for Them. So Professional and Financially Affordable with no Cutting Corners. I would Definitely Recommend The Bathroom Place Company to Anyone After a Refurbished Bathroom.

Complete refit finished today and the finish and workmanship is fantastic. Danny and Richard managed to overcome a few challenges with a smile on their faces which we were grateful for and we could not be happier with the end result. Thanks to Ian for making it happen.

I am writing this review with profound disappointment to detail our extremely unfortunate experience. We invested thousands of pounds for a bathroom installation that resulted in persistent damage, shockingly poor attitude, and a complete lack of accountability. We feel thoroughly misled and let down. What was promised as a professional service turned into a lengthy ordeal of fixing their mistakes: 1. Exterior Damage: They left our outside wall full of unrepaired holes. It looked like bombs landed on that wall. See the pictures 2. Broken Promises & Substitution: We explicitly agreed on an oak floating shelf for the marble basin I had. Without consultation, they installed a cheap-looking alternative, claiming oak would soak quickly. Ironically, their chosen shelf soaked through and broke within two months. 3. A Comedy of Errors (4 Shelf Replacements): Fixing this shelf became a saga. The first one broke quickly. The second was broken by their team during installation. The third was installed by an amateur who set the tap so far back water missed the sink when the water stream was low. For the fourth attempt, I was unavailable, unfortunately. They came 8am when my husband was rushing to work, so he didn’t have time to properly inspect their work and trusted that this time it was done well, but it wasn’t. The result: missing screws (the brackets appeared to be glued on), not properly covered pipe hole, and silicone that was applied at the sides of the back shelf but with a huge gap in the middle. (That’s not how a newly installed bathroom should look like). See the pictures. 4. The Major Leak & Avoidance: The repeated shelf removals compromised the waste pipe, which led to a significant leak between the walls. By the time this manifested, their warranty had just expired. Their attitude was utterly dismissive and avoidant. They speculated about other causes without evidence, claimed to have inspected (without ever making an appointment or entering our home), and refused responsibility. 5. A Temporary Fix & The Final Proof: After going back and forth, they only sent a decorator (who was a wonderful guy and fixed the exterior holes). But he was not a plumber. The leak continued. We finally hired an independent plumber, who found the core issue: the waste pipe was incorrectly attached to the pipe going through the walls. He fixed it promptly, and the leak stopped immediately. This proved the fault was entirely in their installation. Overall Impression: This project transformed something we were excited about into a source of frustration. Their communication was poor, their solutions were shoddy, and their refusal to take serious responsibility for the damage they caused left us feeling completely disregarded. But being honest, I am sad to leave such a review, I was really doubting to write one. They seemed like they were professionals and kind people and not everything was bad. The shower, tiles and toilet are installed well but unfortunately the final work regarding the sink and the attitude afterwards were just unacceptable.

We are over the moon with our new bathroom. Our bathroom was one room we never really didn't pay any attention too. We decided to purchase a bathroom and Ian made sure it was in our budget and had lots of choice to decide from. Rich and another guy fitted our new bathroom and Rich what a guy he was so friendly and chatty. It took 5 days to complete the whole bathroom and we are so impressed. Thanks so much

Updated September 2025: We were so happy with the service and quality of workmanship from the team at The Bathroom Place last year, that we contacted them again for the replacement of our Central Heating system. This was also completed to our satisfaction. Thanks again to the whole team. September 2024: The whole team involved in the remodelling of both our bathrooms, Ian , Louise, Richard, Danny and Freddie were professional, friendly and reliable. All the work was carried out with great attention to detail. We absolutely love the results and highly recommend The Bathroom Place. Thank you to all the team.

Fitters arrived on time. Kept everything clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Have done a brilliant job. Would definitely recommend.
