We started shopping around for a bathroom supply and fit solution back in June of this year following an ongoing and problematic slow leak from our existing bathroom furniture that wasn't easy to resolve. We dealt with two companies and they could not have been more polar opposites in terms of professionalism. In the end we decided to go with Bespoke Bathrooms Staffs. I'll outline our reasons for choosing them and our view at each stage: Initial measure up and design (Shaun): Shaun came to measure up our existing space and to see what kind of a finish we were after. I already had a design in mind from something ChatGPT had created. Shaun was super professional, pointed out the flaws with the design and the constraints of the space. As a non designer, I really appreciated this guidance and he left with me feeling that he had truly listened and provided positive and helpful feedback Plan walkthrough and finalisation (Maz) We were able to have an in-person meet up with Maz at the business, he helped us to fine-tune the design. Show us what would work and what wouldn't where it wouldn't, why it wouldn't, he was honestly fantastic and a genuinely lovely bloke to speak to. General Comms (Kam) Kam was super professional and the person we spoke to the very first time we entered bespoke. He was warm and kind, listened to our ideas and put them forward. He also facilitated a number of very last-minute changes to our design following further consideration by me. Payment was clear and hassle free and logistics managed brilliantly Rip out and build (Veronica, Dawid and Artur) These folks (all Polish incidentally) were absolutely phenomenal. First thing I noticed was that they treated the house with so much respect and consideration. They covered our stairs and landing with a clear film to ensure that no dust was being trodden into carpets. They removed the bathroom door and replaced it with a zippable door cover so that dust was not being transferred wherever possible. We had a tiny mishap with one of the taps not being capped properly (defectvive cap) which resulted in a small leak and a little bit of damage to our ceiling. These guys went the extra mile and made sure that every single thing was left as good or better than they found it, including painting the entire kitchen ceiling at the end of the build The quality of the workmanship was first rate and the workmanship guarantee for 2 years provides you as a customer with a real peace of mind that these guys aren't just going to take your money and run. Quality Control (Gaz) Throughout the project, Gaz would pop in to make sure that the project was running to time, materials were in place and that the bathroom was built to standard, talking with the customer throughout. He picked up an issue with the toilet bracket and also with the overhang of the surface and had this professionally dealt with to make sure we had the complete finish we wanted. Overall I would (and have) recommended Bespoke Bathrooms Staffs as an excellent company to do business with. The standard of their fitters work speaks for its-self in their many pictures posted both on their facebook page and some of the other reviews here. The fact that they are (as of writing) sitting at 300+ reviews with an average score of 4.9 should really inspire confidence that your money and bathroom are safe with this exceptional team. We're delighted with our bathroom and just looking forward to the day when I hear that there's a "Bespoke Kitchens Staffs" because I wouldn't hesitate doing business with these again. Went from an old bathroom with a barely used tub and falling apart cupboard to a modern and sleek bathroom with all the needs I requested! Lovely to work with and kept me information each and everyday after finishing the work. Even the cat is enjoying the new room!

Absolutely love our new bathroom that was designed and installed by Bespoke Bathrooms Staffs. Firstly the showroom is fantastic for inspiration. We went in knowing a little of what we wanted but with the team we were really able to design just what we wanted. The fitters Adam and Kris were brilliant. Very professional and had a very good attention to detail to make sure the finished bathroom looked its best. As you can see from the before pics, it’s quite a transformation. The design images were also very useful to see what the finished bathroom would look like, and allow us to make sure it’s what we wanted or make any amendments along the way. Would definitely recommend the team at Bespoke. Took care of all parts from design, removal of old suite, fitting, electrical work.

We received an exceptional experience from start to finish. Maz, Gaz, Kam, and Shaun (the showroom and design team) were professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to delivering outstanding service. They communicated clearly throughout the process, and went above and beyond to ensure everything exceeded our expectations. Adam and Chris (our fitters) your quality of work was excellent and you paid close attention to every detail, it is clear you take great pride in what you do. It's rare to find a business that combines expertise, reliability, and such a customer-focused approach. We couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be returning for future business (and of course Kam’s coffees 😁). Before we moved to our new house in the summer of 2025 we looked all around for a company that could transform the out dated bathrooms. We came across BBS, along with the reviews and portfolio we had to get a quote/consultation done as soon as we moved in. With the designs we were given and estimated quote we decided to proceed. Although we had to wait 4 months before work could begin, all I can say is that it was definitely worth the wait and money. You get what you pay and we received a bespoke experience from start to finish from BBS, specifically the outstanding workmanship. We are in love with our new bathrooms and I would highly recommend BBS to anyone that is looking for a luxury touch in their home. Thank you to Maz and team.

We have had a fabulous experience from Bespoke bathrooms from the beginning. We initially went into the old showroom approx 2 years ago and they subsequently came out, measured up and provided us with designs. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were not in a position to go ahead with the bathroom at that time but there was no pressure and we were left impressed, so much so that we have recently gone back to the new showroom. The plans were still on file and with some tweaking, Maz and colleagues were able to update our design with new fixtures and fittings to our spec based on new and fabulous tiles and products that bespoke had on display in the new showroom. Our bathroom was not level and required extensive building work however Fanel and Orell the fitters were fantastic and between all the staff in the showroom and the fitters, Bespoke have delivered and provided us with a fantastic bathroom. The photos do not do it justice. It has exceeded expectations and I believe is real value for money considering the work completed. Maz, Gaz and everyone else are perfectionists. The customer service and dedication for complete perfection and our complete satisfaction are second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Bespoke nor use them again in the future. We’re so pleased with our recently fitted new shower room. Thanks to all involved with the design and order processing but special mention to our dedicated fitter, Andre. Despite the inevitable unforeseen setbacks Andre worked tirelessly to ensure our full satisfaction with the finished room.
