Bathshack

Had a consultation with Darren who was very helpful and gave myself and my husband, some great ideas and colours to complete our unsuitable bathroom.

Darren assisted us with buying a shower, sink & WC. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick flooring & shower panel boards. A very helpful & pleasant guy.

Bunch of cowboys, take your money and then phone you 3 days later to tell you half of your order is out of stock. Still waiting 6 weeks later for parts for bathroom refurb. Go somewhere else, these people will destroy your sanity. Zero stars would be too many.

Avoid if you value your time and sanity Ordered a number of bathroom items in October 2025 at a cost of almost £5000. What should have been straightforward became a 4+ month nightmare of repeated errors: delivery issues and no shows; missing parts; incorrect parts; return/collection issues; and constant chasing . Offered excuses instead of fixes and downplaying issues which were a significant inconvenience, disruption, and bathrooms unfinished for months due to failings. No accountability. Several Google reviews , which have recently disappeared, noted similar issues. Never again—go elsewhere for reliability.
