Bathroom Mountain

Bathroom Mountain is a trading name of Eurorad Ltd. The Tile Mountain group was founded in 2013, and Bathroom Mountain was introduced in 2020. Bathroom Mountain has 9 stores nationwide. Its Nottingham showroom offers bathroom essentials including vanities, basins, shower enclosures, freestanding baths, radiators, and heated towel rails, as well as products from Tile Mountain. The showroom has a knowledgeable team to help guide choices and offers a shopping experience designed around customer needs, along with a kids' play area and free car parking.

Bathroom Mountain has a highly experienced customer service team with decades of product knowledge, and provides customer access via phone, email, and live chat. Bathroom Mountain invests in creating high-quality informative How To content featuring TV's go-to DIY expert, Craig Phillips. Its staff regularly take part in charity fundraisers, such as the annual Big Sleep Out, which raises money for the homeless.

Bathroom Mountain draws consistent praise for the breadth of its Nottingham showroom, where tiles, radiators and shower screens are arranged so that bathroom projects can be considered at leisure. The range of products is a point that comes up often, with shoppers describing the displays as easy to browse and full of ideas, and one regular customer explaining that they turn to the company for all their bathroom needs. Staff knowledge is another recurring theme: assistants are repeatedly described as friendly, approachable and quick to answer questions on the shop floor. Several accounts show the same helpfulness extending to after-sales care.

One customer whose ordered toilet arrived with a finish fault, and whose replacement showed the same issue, reports that the team arranged collection, provided a full refund, assisted in choosing a different model, honoured the original price and sorted out the delivery charge, with everyone involved responding quickly. Deliveries are also said to arrive on time, and the complimentary coffee is mentioned as a welcome touch during longer visits. A well-stocked, clearly laid-out showroom with knowledgeable staff remains the thread running through the feedback, alongside after-sales support that customers describe as responsive when an order goes wrong.
