Then the branch shut for refurbishment and no lines of communication with regards to said mistakes. Very poor in my opinion as I then had to call the Netherfield branch and go through everything that had gone wrong. Hopefully they will reflected on this so customers have a better experience when purchasing a new bathroom. I would like to say thank you to Chris(the manager) and Lila at the Netherfield branch for taking the time to try and get the issues resolved as best as they could.

It’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish with respect to dealing with Easy Bathrooms, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Koi, our designer, is experienced, skilled, friendly and professional and his design ideas are beautiful. He is also practical and brilliant at coming up with workable solutions to any challenges. We’ve gone for a bathroom refurb as well as a new installation and we’re so excited to start enjoying the benefits of both.
Carrying out a whole house renovation has meant a lot of decisions having to be made and the process of picking 3 bathrooms and downstairs WC has been made all the easier by Koi and the team at Easy Bathrooms Nottingham. They were patient with me changing my mind numerous times and helping to come up with solutions that matched all our requirements. Would happily recommend!!
Please please don't purchase your dream bathroom from easy bathrooms, their aftercare is absolutely apporling, I myself have just purchased a bathroom from the netherfield branch and the staff where polite and helpful, on fitting the bathroom i came across a problem with the vanity unit and informed the Nottingham branch that there was a design issue with it and the gentleman that I spoke with was rude and abusive and wouldn't listen to my complaint, he just informed me that it wasn't his problem and said I should go back to the netherfield branch and preceeded to call me mate, I informed him that I wasn't his mate and that i was a customer that was spending money with his company, I asked him for his name to which he refused to give it, I then asked to speak to the manager and he informed me that he wasn't in. I then called the netherfield branch and they informed me that he was the manager, I feel that he has lied to me and I don't want anybody to experience the aftercare that easy bathrooms shows it's customer's after they have got their hard earned money, please don't purchase a bathroom from this company unless you just want grief when you need help.
Top quality service and products! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Easy Bathrooms to friends and family. A special shout out to Wayne, who was extremely helpful and patient with us on our shopping experience today. He is truly an asset to the company.
