I can't thank them enough for their advice, support and guidance with planning a new shower room. Lawrence showed me items in the shop, gave me multiple catologues and sent draft plans. These were revised several times as I changed my mind about what exactly I was after. Throughout the process he was kind courteous and helpful. There's no pressure selling from this company! The end result is amazing and looks better than I ever imagined. I would highly recommend Phillips to anyone renewing their bathroom. They are a great company to do business with and without a doubt their family values shine through. Kind and professional throughout!
Highly recommend them - really great ideas for practicality and longer term requirements. Ilona has fab creative ideas and made the designs look modern, balanced and work for us. Took the time to go through and double check everything and explore options. Used one of their recommended fitters who was also great. Phil even came by during installation to deliver an item and check on progress. Made the whole process a pleasure not a chore. Highly recommend as very satisfied with the outcome.
Excellent staff and lovely quality bathrooms. Very knowledgeable and great customer care. Really impressed with everything we've purchased and staff went out of their way to help match products for us.
Phillips Bathrooms have provided an excellent service. The whole team are very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All staff from the showroom staff to delivery staff went above and beyond to ensure that all products were available and delivered in good time and were a good price. The showroom staff are very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction for what I needed. Philip took time out of hours to assist in an unexpected plumbing/builder issue for which I am very grateful. I'm very happy with my new bathroom. I would highly recommend Philips Bathrooms.
We are so grateful for all of the really helpful advice and guidance when designing our new bathroom. Our 350 year old cottage was making it very difficult for us to have the bathroom layout that we wanted and many other companies said it couldn’t be done. Philip and his team including Nick the fitter came up with some amazing solutions (even fitting the shower enclosure into the roof space, see picture) and delivered exactly what we wanted and more. We are delighted with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Phillips bathrooms.

I unreservedly recommend Phillips bathrooms. Over nearly 20 years the team there have helped us with 4 bathrooms. They have been equally great at helping with single items; with repairs and with the design and supply of entire bathrooms. They have even sorted us out when we needed a bathroom 200 miles away. Why do we like them so much and unquestionably return each time we have a bathroom need? Lots of reasons. Here's a few: - They are knowledgeable and can supply a huge range of stuff, so you can be confident that they will meet your needs AND at fair prices. - They are prepared to spend time with you until you have it right and they have real problem solving and design skills. So you come out with what you wanted... just a bit better. - I have never experienced a minute of hard sell - they are customer led. - They are lovely to work with, professional at all times, but also fun and personable.
