Bathroom Mountain

I can’t fault my experience with bathroom mountain. The store has a large display of quality items, and the team are very friendly. Rob has been a great help not only with our bathroom order, but also ordering our tiles.

Bought everything for my bathroom from here, and both Jay & Dan could not of been more helpful, we had no idea what we needed, and their expertise was incredible. They helped us build the perfect bathroom for the room and nothing was too much trouble. When the items arrived the builder told us a few things wouldn’t work, and when we contacted the head office, they told us we needed to pay a high fee for collection or drive the items to stoke on Trent, we popped in on the way to the Liverpool store again, and spoke with Dan, and he couldn’t of helped any more, we returned the items there and then, and were even able to re order the correct items for tomorrow delivery! Honestly I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bathroom mountain Liverpool again, and would highly recommend both the quality of the items support from the store. Thanks both :)

Had a great experience in store at the Liverpool branch, however whatever you do, DO NOT buy online for home delivery, they make it SO difficult to make a return, actually near on impossible even though you pay for the return!! Customer service online- shocking. Never again

Fast delivery but very bad customer service. Spoke to customer service regarding which radiator legs to order and she advised me on a specific product by its sku, it arrived and plumber realised they were incorrect. I then rang customer service, she advised me on the correct product, gave sku and told me they were available in the showroom. I have then gone to the showroom and this was not the case. I would’ve been better off not talking to any of their customer service staff in the first place.

We got our bathroom and toilet fitted off Roman & Budgan.vwe could not fault these two men. They were excellent talking and liaising with us throughout explaining what they was doing and if we was happy. They were on time everyday and spotlessly clean. The finished work is amazing we are both do happy with it!

We went into the edge lane store to pick out tiles and bathroom. Sam helped us so much and nothing was a problem to him. Highly recommend

The showroom consists of two floors with a good selection of bathroom units and taps and other bathroom fixtures. The staff were very helpful and obliging and I bought a sink unit at a very reasonable price. There is car parking at the location.
