Let themselves down with their pathetic returns policy, which actually is a restocking charge of 40% don't blink I did say 40%. It must be the only company that doesn't have a 30 day returns policy.(I had it for 26 days) A feeble excuse that I'd opened it. With that in mind it points me to shop in one of the bigger suppliers who would've given me a full refund. I won't be going back. You have been warned.
Excellent customer service, came in on Friday afternoon and they had everything I needed was really friendly and helpful. Delivered all the items on Monday night, would definitely recommend to everyone.
Bought a whole bathroom from these guys inc an extra washroom, top quality products including the wall boards. The gutters were great, unfortunately one of the soft close toilet lids went a bit wonky and stopped working, I knew they were out of warranty but I went back to buy a replacement, Tony the owner was so helpful in identifying the correct lid and much to my surprise said it was FREE OF CHARGE what a great service that was. Well done Tony and thank you
Excellent customer service today. I wasnt sure on radiator valves for my plumber so they offered me all 3 and told me just to bring back the ones i dont need, purchased a new sink, cabinet, and toilet last week too, lovely helpful staff, and the best thing was they hold plenty of stock, radiators too, brilliant shop!!
Really great experience from start to finish. Michaela was fab and spent ages with me on my first visit to the store, answering my questions but also giving me plenty of time to browse everything and make decisions. After my visit, she answered all my questions really quickly via WhatsApp, which made the process much easier than needing to call up/visit store. All products were good quality and looked great and she kept me updated quickly when everything came in stock etc. Would definitely recommend!
Brilliant place! Only went in for a bath (to buy one , that is 🙈) and ended up with a complete set! Felt we could trust Tony from the beginning - no bull or pushy sales talk - just straight, honest advice and info. We even had a laugh and bit of banter which added to what could have been a boring day. Don’t bother looking anywhere else, this place has lots of choice, plenty of stock and superb prices. The quality isn’t bad either 😉( right Tony?). If you are unsure of anything this man will put you straight, he has a heart of gold and will look after you 💛
