Within 6 months the seals inside had gone, causing a leak under my sink and blowing my brand new kitchen units. This is on top of the fact that the tap arrived faulty out of the box when it first arrived, the gland was leaking and it took them 2 weeks to send me out a new one. Hopefully you read the reviews BEFORE you buy from this place, unlike me.
Our boiler/hot water tank for the sink broke over Easter, looked up many companies and found these guy's. Ordered, got confirmation of order, at the best price, and delivery on time. What more positive can I say, thank you and well done. I Would Recommend..
Bathroom House provided me with a hot water tap boiler (modern kettle) filters and fitting kit. The service was spot on, very competitive price for good quality products having looked around. Arrived quicker than I thought it would. Happily recommend.
Popped in on the off chance they had a showroom. They do not, but the 2 staff were very helpful and advised they had what I was after in stock and went and got it for me. I was then shown exactly how to assemble my shower rail. The shower rail was very reasonably priced, more than 50% then I had seen elsewhere, and so far has been a really good purchase. Would highly recommend.
Great service and item with a brilliant price. When we had an issue their service getting it replaced was brilliant and simple, the customer service was excellent. A replacement issued on next day delivery with a prepaid returns label to send the faulty item back. Can’t fault them.
Found the perfect shower I was looking from Bathroom house online for a Chrome Concentric Exposed Thermostatic Shower Mixer Valve . Shower Received quickly in post ,and was well packed . Fitted the shower myself and was easy to install and wow what a difference it's made .The rain shower is perfect size , quality is excellent , I would use again .
