If I could give it a 0 stars I would. I picked and ordered my items as I wanted and it was all fine. And then when I asked about delivery I was told it would be delivered on a Wednesday and it didn’t arrive till Friday evening, I had to tell the builder to do another job as I didn’t expect this long waiting time and the builder then took a week for his job and I confirmed with the driver if everything is here and he reassured me it was. Once the builder was back he informed me that the shower tray was missing and I called up and was informed it was damaged and they didn’t bring it, but why didn’t they tell me it was damaged when I asked if everything was there? As the builder progressed on with the bathroom he realized the sink vanity units was damaged, I pursued for 2 weeks to get a replacement and finally getting a replacement of one which look similar.
