From the initial consultation through to installation , communication from Johnathan and the team was brilliant. Special mention to Sid the fitter who worked tirelessly throughout the install and has immense pride in his craft. Once the coffers are replenished I will be back for the bathroom upgrade!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. We’ve ordered our ensuite for our Batcave project from these guys, and I honestly can’t fault them. We’ve made a few mistakes along the way, ordered the wrong items more than once, and even managed to break one of the parts ourselves. Every single time they were understanding, helpful, and went out of their way to put things right without any hassle. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely puts customer service first, but they really do. Their communication has been excellent, they’re knowledgeable, patient, and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable bathroom supplier. A well-deserved five stars—thank you for making our project so much easier.
Great experience from start to finish. Jonathan took on board our needs and created a bathroom plan which made best use of the space available. Come installation date there was a slight delay in their fitters starting as they were finishing another job, whilst this was a minor inconvenience I was happy to hear they wouldn’t leave a job until it was finished. Our fitter Paul was an absolute star. The quality of his work was spot on. During the build he’d frequently come to us with ideas of improvements over the original design. Whilst the design was good it seems clear the fitters experience and craftsmanship are what set the whole experience apart. Also a mention to Warren the electrician. Great workmanship and gave us good advice on where we could improve other aspects of our wiring. Would happily deal with again.
Brought a sink unit from Birmingham Bathroom warehouse and sid fitted it okish but not perfect the shop sent Paul who finishes the job now it looks lovely well pleased thanks PAUL and thanks SHOP for listening to us. Happy
Sid did the work on the bathroom for the first 3 days, but unfortunately he had an accident however his work was brilliant! Then afterwards Paul came to finish the bathroom and his work was exceptional! I am so so thrilled with my new bathroom, and I can’t fault it. Thank you all so much!
Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Jonathan was brilliant, advising and helping me to choose what was right for my bathroom. The fitter Izzy worked extremely hard, was very tidy, very friendly and trustworthy. The final result was by far better than I expected.
BE AWARE !!! 1. You may not get what you paid for. It may look similar but is likely to be substandard. 2. As the company provide fittings as well. Be aware you may get used taps 3. You may think you are buying a shower bath tub you see in the showroom, but what you get may a flimsy substitute, then it would cost you another £100 to wrap it.
