I bought a bathroom sink and vanity unit a month ago from Royal Bathrooms via B+Q. I have fitted the vanity unit but the sink that arrived was defective. They've now sent me two replacements (three sinks in total) and despite specifically agreeing to do so, the sinks weren't checked before dispatch and all three had the same defect. Customer service refuse to discuss on the phone and communication via the B+Q platform has been rude and unhelpful, and now they are claiming the sink isn't defective despite me sending clear photos showing the issue. AVOID - they are trying to pass of faulty products by telling the customer they are mistaken.
Absolutely appalling company with shockingly bad customer service. I have never dealt with a business that is this unhelpful and dismissive. Every time I call, I’m told to send an email, yet no one ever bothers to respond. It’s just constant back and forth, being sent in circles with zero effort to actually resolve the issue. No refund, no return, no solution — just complete silence and a total lack of accountability. Once they have your money, they seem to have no interest in helping you at all. The customer service is honestly the worst I have ever experienced. Unprofessional, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you want to waste your time chasing responses that never come.
Order process & dispatch 1st class. Paid for next day service but Courier could not find my property, had no internet, so left( i live 400 yds from a post office). Contacted customer services ( e mail only, so not an immediate response) who would re deliver in 2 days!, I suggested sending out another item and re stock original once returned . They have not even replied to my last mail. Very poor customer service who lack urgency & flexability.

My new vanity unit arrived on time as suggested without any damage on my inspection. Really nice looking vanity unit and sink with its modern and sleak design. Very happy with my purchase well worth the price too.
Fantastic experience with Royal Bathrooms. I accidentally ordered the wrong size shower tray for my builders and lost the outer packaging. I was worried I'd be stuck with it, but their support team was incredibly helpful. Since I was ordering a larger replacement from them, they authorised the return anyway, arranged a free collection at the same time as my new delivery, and processed my full refund without any fuss. The new tray is excellent quality, but their customer service is what really sets them apart. Highly recommend them to anyone doing a bathroom project!
