My parents have recently had this bathroom installed in their house, and we are very pleased with the result. I'm amazed by the transformation and have now taken a shower in it, and with some who suffers from eczema I felt that the water was soft and soothing . Built in a professional manner and particularly Sid our builder was easy to get in contact with and very helpful with any further issues.

Was looking for specific toilet pan for this set. Called to confirm was same as in picture online. Kelly T took the time to check for me and confirm. Delivery was running late from delivery company but Kelly chased this up for me too and kept me updated as to when it would be delivered. All delivered well packaged. Fantastic customer service.
