Hi dealing with this lovely lady having ordered furniture taps shower. There was a little glitch but Kelly sorted it out with a very Happy nothing was to much trouble demeanor and sorted out an early delivery for me. Thank you very much Kelly King regards Margaret
My parents have recently had this bathroom installed in their house, and we are very pleased with the result. I'm amazed by the transformation and have now taken a shower in it, and with some who suffers from eczema I felt that the water was soft and soothing . Built in a professional manner and particularly Sid our builder was easy to get in contact with and very helpful with any further issues.
Excellent customer service! Telephone answered promptly and query resolved immediately. Perfect….cannot fault the service and can highly recommend Bathroom City!
Brilliant service, I messed up and ordered the wrong size cubicle but it was resolved straight away without any fuss, drama or handling fees. Thanks again
Was looking for specific toilet pan for this set. Called to confirm was same as in picture online. Kelly T took the time to check for me and confirm. Delivery was running late from delivery company but Kelly chased this up for me too and kept me updated as to when it would be delivered. All delivered well packaged. Fantastic customer service. Definitely recommend Bathroom City. Many thanks!
Had a defect appear on a sink after just 12 months of use. Kelly @ Bathroom City was able to pick up the issue with the manufacturer and confirm a replacement, all same day! Thanks again Kelly.
Brilliant: friendly and efficient service especially when things didnt go according to plan, which happens when you are putting in a new bathroom. We are delighted with the end result. Thank you for your help. Much appreicated.
