Paul and Gary just did a complete revamp of my bathroom and they were absolutely fantastic. My bathroom looks like a work of art. I am incredibly happy with it. They take the time to do the job right. I trusted them with my keys for a week as well. I feel very fortunate to have them recommended to me and they found time to fit me in.

Paul and Gary did an absolutely fantastic job on our bathroom. It was a very big job as everything needed updating, including a full replaster, rerouting a lot of the electrics, replacing all the fittings, and changing a poorly done linoleum floor to tiled with underfloor heating. Paul guided us through the whole process, taking what we wanted into account and advising where needed. They did everything to a very high standard with no corner-cutting. The price was extremely fair and we are delighted with their work. I can't recommend Abacus highly enough!

We are delighted the work they have done which was to refit a new bathroom. They did an excellent job and left the place spotless after they finished. Also most importantly they are very trustworthy and there were no extra charges (which was my biggest fear). They were also very helpful in recommending suitable fixtures and they work with a supplier to source all of the materials therefore they provide the complete service. I was recommended Paul and Gary by a friend and they were excellent. It was very helpful to get a few practical tips from Paul before ordering our suite from Bristol Plumbing Supplies Ltd (their suggested supplier - although not a problem if you want to use another supplier). We decided to move out and trusted them with the keys for a week as we only have one bathroom. We received daily updates on the progress and when we returned the house was extremely tidy, even though they still had a few finishing touches to complete. The bathroom was completed to an very high standard and Paul also fixed our kitchen tap that was leaking! Overall very friendly and trustworthy - would recommended 10/10.
