Wholesale Domestic - Trade & Customer Collection Centre

Wholesale Domestic is a family-run business with over 60 years of industry experience. It operates four physical locations across Scotland. The company offers over 14,000 items. Its stock includes brands such as Nuie and Hudson Reed, as well as its own exclusives including Napoli and Colore. Wholesale Domestic provides bathroom products and services including bathroom suites, furniture, baths, showers, tiles, shower enclosures, heating, taps, wall panels, toilets, and basins.

Hillington shoppers repeatedly highlight the helpfulness and product knowledge of named staff at this bathroom and home improvement supplier. Charlene is mentioned often for resolving returns and exchanges, sourcing replacement parts such as a cistern component and a mirrored radiator, and taking the time to match what buyers actually needed rather than pushing a quick sale. Kaitie and Kaitlin are praised for guiding customers to the correct fittings for individual items, while Aedan is described as supportive across the whole purchase process. Several reviewers note the range of reduced spare items, including tiles, toilets, baths and vanity units, which allows shoppers to assemble a set at a lower cost.

The quality of the bathrooms on offer and the competitive pricing come up as recurring points, along with the ease of swapping items that proved unsuitable. Problems, when they arise, are described as handled promptly, with staff listening to the issue and sorting it within minutes. Aedan also receives credit for assistance throughout the full buying journey, and exchanges such as a large mirrored radiator are completed without difficulty, reinforcing a pattern of patient advice and straightforward after-sales support that brings people back for later projects.
