From the initial visit to review the job, through to the design and then the final installation, the whole process has been excellent. The quality of the goods and materials is outstanding, and the finished shower room looks absolutely beautiful. I have to give a very special mention to Kevin, who installed the bathroom. I can honestly say I have never seen anyone work as hard or take such pride in what they do. His attention to detail was exceptional, and it was clear from the very beginning that he wanted everything finished to the highest possible standard. He was professional, respectful, tidy and incredibly hardworking throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and he treated the job as if it was his own home. The quality of his workmanship is absolutely first class. Kevin is an absolute credit to your company. People like him are very rare, and I genuinely cannot praise him highly enough. We had our bathroom completely transformed in January this year by The Bathroom Company Glasgow. We highly recommend using this company. We looked for somewhere that would do everything from design to installation and within a time that suited us at home with a small toddler. We are over the moon with our luxury bathroom. Thank you.
We had our new bathroom installed whilst we were on a weeks holiday to save any inconvenience for us during that week.the only word I can use to see what we returned to is WOW.it was late when we came home and thought we had came home to wrong house.what a delightful shock we had when we opened the door.professional quality work and finish from everyone involved from the first chat in the showroom to the end result.big shout out to Garry (fitter),Josh his apprentice,Stevie (plumber),craig(tiler) and Ian (spark) and all the staff in showroom.we are 100% happy with everything that was done and would use again without doubt and we highly recommend this company
Everything great until no contact afterwards for minor snagging - despite multiple attempts by me. Disappointing end to what was going to be a 5 star review. The whole process up to this point was great - easy / slick process from getting the bathroom measured, to selecting our layout and products and arranging for the works to be done. The guys doing the install did a fantastic job - they were all really helpful and kept us informed of any changes and decisions to be made. The work was all done to plan and our bathroom is fantastic. Can’t compliment that team enough. On completion, we had a few minor snags which I contacted about on 4 separate occasions over a 5 week period (perhaps I should’ve been more pushy!) - 3 times by email and once on the phone (was told they’d sort a date), and I got nothing back - so resolved the issues myself. They were minor snags, but the lack of contact and service at this stage of the process for a high end bathroom and associated price is disappointing and it will put me off returning for my next project.

The entire process from meeting with Leanne in the showroom, to having someone come out to measure up and then seeing it all come to life on a screen, really helps as I’m a visual learner, was flawless. I spent quite some time in the showroom with Leanne looking at the design ensuring that it was all going to come together exactly as I had planned. The only issue I had was the tiles I had chosen were discontinued but Leanne then invited me into the showroom to look at more tiles and boy did we look at tiles, online and ordered samples, we were both seeing tiles in our dreams bless your patience Leanne! Then fitting day arrived and I’m not exactly sure just how many fitters I had in my home but everything single one of them introduced themselves, sorry I can’t remember names but you know who you are, and each and every one of them were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish they checked, double checked and triple checked everything with me they really made me feel that they there were to do exactly what I wanted and could not have been more charming and pleasant to deal with and they were pretty much unattended for the most part but always ensured that I was happy before they left for the day and they were always punctual, on time and clean and tidy. I do remember the tilers names as they were both called Craig and I discussed thoroughly what I wanted on the feature wall like more of the colourful tiles and not so much the plain ones and it would have been very easy to just take the next tile to hand and put it on the wall but the Craig’s took time to use the tiles I wanted and even made the effort to put pink ones in the shower alcove as my under sink unit was pink. I know this is a lot to read but I can’t praise this company enough my new wet room is stunning and everyone is blown away when they see it its not the biggest grandest wet room but its absolutely stunning. A MASSIVE thank you to all involved if you ever branch out to do kitchens please can I be the first to know?
Genuinely phenomenal company that make bespoke out of this world high quality bathrooms. Hugo the designer was revolutionary in finding me a design and vibe that was perfect as to what I wanted, I didn’t know bathrooms could be as good as this. Everything happened as it was supposed to and there were no snags. Both teams that came to fit the bathrooms were polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves. This is how highly I rate this company- as soon as they did my 2 bathrooms, I instantly booked them to do another 2 in another house I have which have just been completed and they are done to a magnificent standard. Thank you Hugo and thank you Richard, you have transformed my house!
