Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish with Bagno. Julia was very helpful and accommodating throughout, and the whole team were knowledgeable, patient and easy to deal with. We used them for the supply of our flat’s main bathroom and even though we used our own fitters, Bagno were still on hand whenever anything was needed. They sent over a detailed fitters pack, which made things easier. The meeting at their office on Great Western Road was really useful too, as we were able to see and feel the materials in person and they helped us tailor the bathroom spec to suit our budget. The quality of their materials is genuinely second to none. I would 100% recommend them for bathroom and kitchen projects. Our refurb would not have been the same without their expertise and guidance. Thank you so much to Julia, Duncan, and the rest of the team!! 🙏

Great experience with Bagno from design to fitting. Gemma took care of all the design decisions, down to smallest of details. Fitters and communication was great. Only small gripe was the office team were very quick to invoice and chase payment for additional, last minute, small add ons (e.g. refitting a door frame).

Great design terrible installation. Fitters unsupervised and poor quality work done. Would we use Bagni design again….Never.

Great experience from start to finish. Gemma came round to see the space, listened to various things I needed and designs I liked. She then produced a design that was perfect. Ordering and delivery of goods was smooth. Very pleased with product quality. We had our own plumber fitting but Gemma and others in the shop were great at answering any questions our plumber or myself had. When I opened the bathroom cabinet the mirror had been damaged in transit, this was not a problem a new one was arranged and delivered promptly. Would recommend and use them again in the future.

Gemma listened to the brief, interpreted it with a lovely design and happily made adjustments for personal choice/functionality. We were so impressed, we even requested that she design other bathrooms for us too. Thanks so much

I had an amazing experience with the Bagno team from the initial design meetings to the finished article. Gemma communicated with me from start to finish and did a wonderful job of realising my vision. Her suggestions about details such as the brown grout in the shower room really elevated the look. The tradespeople did an excellent job, kept our close clean, and minimised disruption to our neighbours. I could not be happier with the final result and would not hesitate to recommend the team at Bagno to anyone

From start to finish the service at Bagno was nothing short of exceptional. After dealing with a variety of different trades and designers over the years, this company was a cut above. The entire service from visiting the showroom, to design to install to communication was beyond my expectations; it felt bespoke to me. I seldom make recommendations in this industry for fear of a friend or an acquaintance being left in an undesirable situation, however in this instance, I would relish in putting my name behind a company like Bagno. A special thank you to Duncan, the designers and the install team, whom left my home in immaculate condition. I look forward to using your company again.
