Phil at Victor Paris made choosing 2 new bathroom suites a complete joy. He was so helpful from the moment we stepped into the showroom, walked us through various product options and managed the ordering and delivery - seamless and stress free. The resulting bathrooms are beautiful and can't thank Phil enough for his time and care. Phil also went above and beyond to make bathroom shopping less painful for our 7 year old with some chocolate and mints on hand! Have recommended to friends and family.

We had a great experience getting a new bathroom with Phil at Victor Paris. Phil helped us out every step of the way, visualising a new design, showing us where we could make more space, showing what component colours he thinks would work with which tiles etc. and not only that, giving us a comparison of quality, care, and durability for different bathroom suite types. Without Phil’s guidance, our bathroom wouldn’t have been anywhere near as nice so it’s worth making an appointment with him at the showroom. He also helped us connect with top class fitters (Brian and his team) who were prompt, clear on build, friendly, and did a great job. Thanks Phil for helping us out.

We live in an awkward city centre location and wanted to update our bathroom to a shower room. We were initially assisted by the manager Mark, who put us in touch with the perfect team for us. Brian came to site to survey and quote, after which we spent a leisurely and thorough amount of time with Phil in the showroom going through our needs and preferences. Phil couldn’t have been more helpful and assisted in the design of what has become just what we wanted. Brian and his team of professionals worked hard and fast on site to deliver a high end room which we will enjoy using for a long time to come. Few weeks ago I purchased my bathroom equipment there just to find out they had only a toilet frame out of 5 items. In a warehouse they told me, that problems with this supplier have started months ago and nobody should have sold me anything from this particular brand. Today after 3 weeks and many calls and emails, I still didn’t get a refund and any email telling it was even processed. I placed a second order with Victorian plumbing and got my order in 2 days. I recommend not to use Victor Paris, not to loose time and money and go to the competitive company.

I am so glad I decided to walk in and look around at the fabulous showroom. After looking around I asked for a salesperson to help me. Wow was I lucky Isaac ( a young man) was so patient and understood the fact I am old as to what I would need to redo my bathroom. I asked to use someone they recommended and Brian came and measured everything. Within a couple of days I made an appointment to see what Isaac had come up with. His suggestions were spot on and he took me around to see what I would prefer. The bathroom is now finished. Absolutely spot on and done quickly, efficiently and respectfully. This was a wonderful experience Thank you all.

I have bought two bathroom suites and both have been excellent. The customer service and aftercare each time has been fantastic and they have gone above and beyond to help source parts when a shower was discontinued. I would 100% recommend Victor Paris to anyone looking for bathroom you wont find a more helpful, reliable and trusted company.

We recently visited Victor Paris's Edinburgh showroom and were very lucky to meet up with one of their sales team, Phil Smith, who spent a lot of time to help us design and choose the perfect items to transform our bathroom.
