The unit doesn’t fit, and I later discovered they consider it “custom‑made” despite never telling me this at the point of sale. The product is unused and still boxed, yet they refused to replace or refund it. Complaint handling was unprofessional and dismissive. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Please for your own sake go elsewhere. I am currently going through trading standards process for complaint - do not touch with a barge pole.
We had a great experience with BuyRite; Keith helped us put together several quotes, was very knowledgeable with all the products we asked about, and found us the best deals. The warehouse and delivery team could not have been more helpful and friendly. We needed to pick up one item early and they arranged that. Then the guys who delivered all of the rest were really on-the-ball. Was recommended to us, and we would easily recommend them to others.

I would really recommend Buyrite bathrooms from start to finish. Excellent service in the shop with great recommendations and the bathroom fitters were professional and did an excellent job That’s 2 bathrooms we have had fitted by Buyrite and would recommend them every time.
I am so happy with my bathroom from Buyrite. Ewan was amazing, he designed my new bathroom, and there was lots of choice in the showroom. The fitters were excellent, really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I had to change a few things during the fitting, and it was no issue. Very efficient, professional and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend Buyrite Bathrooms.
Recently upgraded my en suite after years of procrastination. Neil was very helpful all through the process. He provided some example digital designs to improve use of the space and maximise storgage. He patiently walked me through the showroom highlighting what items would be suitable for the room dimensions. He also recommended Scott McManus as a fitter in my area. There was no pressure. Scott and his team were also excellent removing my old fittings and installing the new and giving me guidance on the best layout. I was very pleased with the final result and wish I had done this years ago.
Recently had my shower area refurbished. Also new ceiling, lighting and tiled flooring. All work carried out professionally by Robin and Roddy. Extremely pleased, beautiful finish, we are just over the moon.
