Natalie, Stuart and Peter are the names that come up most often when customers describe their visits to this Edinburgh bathroom supplier, with Natalie singled out repeatedly for product knowledge that helps trade buyers and private clients alike find the right fittings. A recurring theme is the willingness of staff to go beyond what is expected, and the merchant counter team earns similar remarks for being good and helpful. Reviewers describe an extensive showroom where the displays continue through the building, offering plenty of design ideas and a broad selection to browse.

Several accounts highlight the design service in particular, with one customer reporting complete satisfaction with how the finished result turned out, and another noting that the choice on show was impressive. Even when an order was delayed, the friendliness and assistance of Stuart and Peter left a positive impression and prompted a promise to return. The combination of knowledgeable advice, a wide range of displays and dependable support from named members of the team runs through the feedback, and the design work that customers take away is a point that comes up often.
