What a fantastic transformation! Our old bathroom is now a modern high quality wetroom to be proud of. We absolutely love it! Ash, Jess and the whole team were brilliant from start to finish. After deciding on a complete renovation of my bathroom I was worried about the amount of disturbance it would cause. However, after discussing my requirements with Jess and Ash from Ultimate Wetrooms, my worries were completely dispelled. I needed to have my bath, toilet and wash-basin removed and replaced with a large walk-in shower, modern toilet and floating vanity unit, plus under-floor heating and complete retiling of walls and floor. Jess listened to what I had in mind and produced a really good 3-D design, this looked exactly like I envisaged and after a few small tweaks the bathroom design was agreed. I was told the work would take between 1 and 2 weeks but it only took 1 week from start to finish. The workmanship was first class with minimal disturbance and the team cleaned up at the end of each working day. I am highly delighted with my new dream bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend Ultimate Wetrooms to anyone just like they were recommended to me.

Ash, Jess and their team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We have a small, bathroom, that was not fit for purpose, since my mobility issues increased, due to chronic illness. Ash and the team transformed it completely, by removing the bath, moving the position of the basin, toilet and shower, installing a shower seat and wet room facilities, Closomat toilet and easy-to-clean wall panels. This transformation has revolutionised my cleaning/self-care routine and given me back some independence. I can now access the space in my wheelchair, sit comfortably in the shower and move easily and safely around the space, without fear of falling or tripping. I honestly didn’t think they would be able to do such a good job, as our bathroom was old, water-logged and structurally unsound. But they did! The years-worth of damp and all the old damaged woodwork has been removed, with a brand new structure in place. With it being such a small space, I was concerned that turning it into a ‘wetroom’ would mean everything would be covered in water, but the angle of the new flooring and thoughtfully positioned shower curtains has meant that this is not the case. The shape and finish of the beautiful curved wetroom floor and the wall panels are now so much easier to clean and maintain (no more mouldy grout/silicone!) which makes life so much easier and more pleasant! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ultimate Wetrooms to anyone - the whole team is super friendly, hard-working and are obviously experts in what they do. I can’t thank you all enough :)

Ash and the Team have done an absolutely fantastic job on our Wet Room. They completed it whilst we were away on holiday. I didn't know what mess I would return to, but there was absolutely none, and the Wet Room has made my life so much easier with me being disabled. It has been finished to a very high standard, just like we had discussed when we said to Ash what we wanted. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We now have a fantastic new wetroom for our disabled daughter. Ash and his team of trades have been amazing from day 1, ensuring all floors and the block paved drive were fully covered before bringing materials and starting work. Everyone has worked so hard and to a very high standard. At all times my daughter (who had to go in respite for the duration) was at the centre of their plans. It is going to make such a huge difference to our lives, thank you doesn't quite express how much it means to us.

The team at UW are superb. From the initial survey right through to the final completion we were completely knocked out by their professionalism & communication. The help with the design & product selection was superb & helped transform our bathroom into a space to be enjoyed. The attention to detail & quality of workmanship is terrific.
