UK Bathroom Guru fitted a downstairs toilet at a property in Leeds, work that the customers, Barry and Jean Pulford, describe as having gone beyond what they had expected. Chris is named as the person with a team of tradesmen around him, and the accounts of the job single out the team as punctual, efficient and tidy.

The standard of the finished toilet and the tidiness kept up during the installation are both recorded as strengths, with the punctuality of those on site noted alongside the quality of the completed work. Chris provides a clear point of contact for the project, and the customers express their willingness to pass the business on to others for this kind of installation work.
