Alex fitted an outdoor tap for us yesterday. Sounds simple. It was rather more complicated than that, involving lead, cramped spaces & 3 locations. There was much problem-solving on the job, as well as hot sunshine to contend with. Alex excelled! Thank you for doing a great job. Our conversations were 'on point' too! 👌🏻
Alex came out to sort out a leak for us. He took the time to really explain what was happening and why, and how he was fixing it which he then did quickly and efficiently.. Great communication, focused on the job, and we will 100% be getting him back to refurbish our bathroom later in the year. Thanks Alex, very happy to recommend you.
We would highly recommend Alex, he saved the day for us! Alex has an extremely calm manner. He is knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy and respectful of the home he is working within and to his customers. Alex ensured when he had finished for the day, the work area was clean and tidy. Alex turned up at the agreed time and throughout the work kept us updated. We will definitely be using Alex for any further plumbing work if required and recommend to family and friends.

I contacted Alex after dealing with a recurring leak for several months. He arrived on time, took the time to explain his approach before getting started, and pinpointed the issue quickly. What stood out was how clearly he communicated throughout — I always knew what was happening and why. The repair was done cleanly and efficiently. I'd have no hesitation recommending him to anyone.
Very professional and quick communication with great availability. We had two jobs done on our kitchen tap which we are very happy with. Quoting was very honest and reasonable. Will definitely contact for future plumbing jobs.
Alex came out to fit a new bath and taking out an old shower unit. Work was complete quick but at a high standard and first person I have known to not take any kind of deposit. Which shows he’s confident in his work. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again
