Recently had my two bathrooms in my flat done by Pure Bathrooms and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I’m delighted with the end result. Big shout out to the fab customer service throughout from Mark and Farid, and to Matt and Romeo who did the amazing new fit. Professional, kindness and great sense of humour throughout. Farid and his team fitted our new bathroom six years ago and it looks as good as new. The towel rail has recently had a small leak so I called to find out how to buy a new one. Farid immediately arranged for a free replacement which has just been installed. This type of fantastic service six years after using a company is amazing . Not only do we still love our bathroom but the team who work for them are the same people that installed at six years ago and were telling us how wonderful a company it is to work for . Such a rarity but worth every penny.

Spring 2022 Having our bathroom and w.c. stripped bare for renovation and with only one toilet available, this was a major project for us requiring close liaison with Farid’s installation team who co-operated so well. We chose top of the range fittings and quality tiling, all of which look superb, and the attention to detailing in the finishes is so apparent. A special note of thanks to Farid who was so helpful during our many visits to the showroom and who with Emma, guided us with a final design to produce a first class result.
