What an amazing experience we’ve had from Cambridgeshire Bathrooms, St Ives and CB1 Group. Jack fully took on board our ideas and came up with a lovely design for our main bathroom and en-suite. CB1 Group was recommended by Jack and they managed the renovation and installation perfectly. The project was completed on time and to budget. Communication was managed really well, we were given options on design features to ensure the overall look and design was achieved. Would highly recommend.

After months of trawling various bathrooms and getting very confused, we finally arrived here. Fantastic array to view the bonus was Jack who listened and came up with exactly what we wanted. Great service from start to finish, Steve was really helpful throughout the whole process and was always prompt in responding to any questions or alterations we needed. The 3D CAD design was very realistic to what we ended up with. The quality of the installation was also very good and completed in the timescale promised, the fitters made a point of leaving everything clean and tidy after each day which we were very impressed with. We did initially get some quotes from elsewhere, but what seemed like a good deal at first soon turned into inflated installation costs to cover up the big headline 60% off parts and free tiles etc. I think we ended up paying a similar price to some of the more "chain" bathroom companies, but got better service, better quality parts and professional bathroom fitters. I did like the idea that the whole project is managed by Cambridgeshire bathrooms, in conjunction with the fitting team, it definitely feels like the company is confident in what they offer and what they deliver. I would 100% recommend.

Amazing selection of quality bathrooms. Steve helped us every step of the way, thankfully his knowledge and expertise helped when deciding what tiles,vanity,shower,radiator,mirror and taps when there is so much choice! As you can see the end result looks amazing 🤩

Steve at Cambridgeshire Bathrooms was the perfect advisor for our new bathroom project. In the middle of a 5 month house renovation we were royally fed up with choosing kitchens, paints, tiles, not to mention living in a building site for way longer than we'd expected. On our first visit to the St Ives showroom various members of the sales team were helpful and not at all pushy - which was welcome relief for us after constant chasing from certain kitchen and tile providers, and disinterest from others (presumably because our budget didn't interest them). We were immediately drawn to traditional Burlington style suites on display although initially thought they'd be more than we'd planned to spend but we contacted Steve and showed him some quotes for the 'so-so' bathroom suites we'd received. We'd have probably just gone with these had we not found Cambridgeshire Bathrooms, but Steve wowed us with his design options and never tried to upsell us anything above our stated budget. The visualisations Steve sent us were leagues above those we were sent by Drench and gave us renewed enthusiasm for our new bathroom. Everything was handled smoothly, delivery was fast and arrived when promised. There was a tiny fault on the cistern lid, which I nearly didn't bother mentioning, but when I did, Steve got it replaced quickly and without any question. Communication was brilliant whether by email, phone or in person. If Steve was ever away from his desk Jack in Sales was also super helpful as was Holly (invoicing and ordering). Highly recommend - Cambridgeshire Bathrooms exceeded our expectations and we have a bathroom we love.

Jack was amazing from start to finish, an extremely professional young man with excellent product knowledge and exceptional communication skills . He was never pushy, just patient , organised and understanding of my project with real attention to detail at every step . Rare these days to find someone who obviously loves his job and does it to a very high level . I would not hesitate to recommend Cambridgeshire Bathrooms. I highly recommend Cambridgeshire Bathrooms (St Ives). The showroom is big and well presented, with an excellent range of good quality bathroom items, and the staff - Jack in particular - are extremely helpful and professional. Jack spent a long time with us over two appointments to help us choose everything, was very patient, and didn't pressure us at all. We found the pricing to be competitive and the service was excellent, including support during the installation process. We bought everything for our new bathroom from Cambs Bathrooms, apart from the wall tiles (because I had specific colours in mind and ordered them online), and we are very happy with it all. We will definitely return next time we need to refit a bathroom!
