Terrible experience from this shop and one particular member of staff particularly rude. They sold us the wrong product and when we tried to return it and get our money back or exchange they would not do this and the staff member had the nerve to laugh about it. Absolutely disgusting and we’re now left with a very expensive product we can’t use!! Will never go back there!

Fantastic range of porcelain and ceramics. We used them for two bathrooms, and for the kitchen. The Manager, Luis, is incredibly helpful, and gives great suggestions and feedback. Wholeheartedly recommended.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Porcelanosa was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The after salesman Benjamin Osafo I dealt with was unbelievably rude. His tone was abrupt and dismissive from the start, and it genuinely felt like I was an inconvenience simply for asking normal questions about their products. Instead of being helpful or informative, he spoke in a condescending manner and showed very little interest in assisting me. The sales team are good and the after sales are a disgrace Customer service is a huge part of any retail experience, especially at this price point. Sadly, this interaction completely put me off, and I’ll be choosing to shop elsewhere in the future. Very disappointing experience.

A serious health and safety concern! Last night as my daughter was by the sink brushing her teeth, the shower glass unit in the picture fell on her back. For no apparent reason and without even being touched. Luckily the glass wasn’t shattered and she was in the corner so the panel hit her back not her head. I can’t imagine if either of those things has happened or if it was a shorter child not my athletic 17 year old.We are both in complete state of shock. Her back hurts and she could not sleep all night from the shock, she told me this morning. I am not sure what could possibly be the explanation for this however I am seeking advice about taking legal action since this could have had deadly consequence and it should not have happened under any circumstances or to anyone. I am eager to hear a response from Porcelanosa bit for the time being, this is a message of warning for anyone considering to purchase glass shower panel from them.

I spoke with three staff members regarding finding a tile, one even said they were posting sample that I requested, on not receiving I phoned and was told wrong product code was used by staff member, they offered to post again, but it was too late as I had to make quick decision as my tiler was booked. As a result they have lost my order

Bought a kitchen countertop from here and the customer service couldn’t be worse. Had to repeatedly chase by email and phone calls to get anything done. Caused a lot of unnecessary delays and was frustrating as Parcelanosa should be a premium brand.

I ordered several items for our bathrooms renovation only to receive al of them with defects. We decided to accept some but reach out for the showe tray and one of the worktops as both have chips and marks. After 2 weeks we are still waiting. I'd never have expected to receive such poor packaging and so many defects on expensive products from this brand Now our whole project is pushed back and costing us money.
