Had an issue with the finish on a toilet I ordered and unfortunately the replacement had the same problem. Bathroom Mountain were really helpful throughout though, arranged collection and a full refund and helped me order a different model instead. They also honoured the original price I'd seen and sorted the delivery charge out for me. It ended up being a bit of a drawn-out process, but everyone I spoke to was helpful and quick to respond and they got everything sorted in the end. Really good customer service and I'd happily use them again

Wouldnt recommend buying a toilet from here. I bought one and paid a plumber to fit it to find out it doesnt flush enough water down. Bathroom mountain have refunded me for the flush but now I have to pay the plumber to come back and take off the rubbish one and put in a new one. I did ask bathroom mountain to provide a tradesman to fit a new one or fix the current system but they said thats not possible
