We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom renovation. Neil was always clean and tidy, consistently on time, and unfailingly positive, smiling and solution‑focused even when obstacles cropped up. When we unexpectedly sprang a leak, Neil was on site extremely quickly and went above and beyond to get it sorted. Everyone he worked with was excellent throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Neal completed a total bathroom renovation in my 2 bedroom flat on a communal hot water/heating system. There were a few complicating factors that meant he had to get a bit creative, and the finished product looks great! I'm really happy with it and there have been no issues at all. The work took exactly as long as he predicted and he turned up when he said he would each day.

Neil took out an old shower tray and fitted a new bath for us. He did a perfect job! He was reliable throughout, turning up at the agreed time. When I had a query, he either answered straight away or got back to me quickly, which I really appreciated. Happily recommend him for plumbing and bathroom works.
