Bathtopia

We approached Allan, after being referred by my son who had his bathroom refurbished by this company. Well, everything went like clockwork. We were absolutely delighted with Allan’s help in designing our en-suite and David who stripped out the original fittings and installed what we would describe as a bespoke boutique shower room. David’s attention to detail was first class, nothing was a problem and we were delighted with his workmanship. Highly recommended!

Massive thanks to Alan, David and Mick for an outstanding bathroom renovation. The shower is now genuinely hotel quality. In fact, I've stayed in hotels that weren't this good. The finish, attention to detail and workmanship throughout have been superb. Everything was completed with minimal fuss, maximum professionalism and a level of care that's becoming increasingly rare. Delighted with the result.

We could not be happier with our new bathroom! We went in not really knowing what we wanted, just that we needed a new bathroom. Allan was incredible helping us with the design, he took the time to sketch out different options and guide us through what would work best, making the whole process so easy and stress-free. He gave us a few designs with varying price points so we had options to pick from. His ideas and attention to detail were amazing and he brought everything together into something we never would have come up with ourselves. The installation process was just as smooth and impressive. Our fitter, David, completed the work to such a high standard and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, making sure our tiles were laid out how we wanted them and measuring both of us to make sure shower was tall enough. The end result is a stunning bathroom that has completely transformed our space and exceeded all our expectations. I would highly recommend! (Videos included of the before and after)

Great experience with Bathtopia. Alan was fantastic, explained the process clearly. Very helpful with suggestions and advice. Clear pricing and timeline for refit. Jamie completed the refit to a very high standard and was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Very competitive pricing for a great result.

We wanted to convert a small room in our house into a shower room and Bathtopia were brilliant. From our first meeting with Allan we knew that we had made the right choice. He gave us great advice and arranged for the plumber to come out before the work started as it was not the easiest of jobs. David and Gary did a fantastic job and we are so happy with the end result. Beautiful en-suite shower room fully ripped out and refurbished by Bathtopia. Allan came to see us and we discussed the design, fixtures and tiles we wanted. I found him to be very polite and personable. I used the same list of materials we had discussed to obtain quotes from several other companies, all of which proved to be significantly higher than what Allan quoted us. (When I say significantly higher I'm not talking about a few hundred, I'm talking about a few thousand pounds). I paid Allan the deposit to secure the fitting date and paid for the materials. Jamie came a few weeks later, on our fitting date, and spent the first few days ripping out the old tiles and fittings. He was then joined by Stevie and the two of them prepped, tiled and fitted the rest of the shower room. The job did end up taking a couple of days longer than anticipated, however the finish was well worth the wait. This wasn't the most straightforward job, as we were almost completely changing the layout of the room, and we didn't want a vanity under our sink, so the shelf the countertop sink is sitting on was a custom build. I would not hesitate to recommend Bathtopia to others, and we already plan to have Jamie back in the new year to fix a slight issue with our main family bathroom.
