I had a particular issue with my bathroom and Paul was absolutely fantastic in helping me with a successful resolution. After extensively researching bathroom specialists on every social media platform & reviews on google I opted for PDM to carry out the works on our bathrooms. I’m here to save you the time and assure you that you are in the best hands. From the first visit to the last detail (and they are very detailed in their work) Paul & James made sure everything was perfectly suited to our needs. Our requirements were complex due to multiple factors & disabilities. I wasnt keen to use any unsightly disability aids & with Paul’s expertise I was able to get a beautiful bathroom without compromising design & aesthetics. He is highly skilled in all aspects of bathroom & plumbing and knew exactly what to do. Every inch of space was utilised and our bathroom feels twice the size with no unattractive aids yet still provides everything for safe personal care. We were advised on things I hadnt thought of and his knowledge in his field is second to none. There was no need for multiple contractors, the quality of his work and dedication to customer satisfaction is outstanding. There was minimal disruption during the works and there was no mess. I didn’t stress about materials or supplies as Paul was on hand to advise and help with everything from start to finish. Lastly I would add that I have in the past paid twice as much for much lower standards of work. Every tiny detail in my bathroom is finished to the highest standard. Paul is a perfectionist and it was a pleasure to have him do the work for us. THANK YOU I highly recommend PDM and would not hesitate to use them again. I’m hoping he does kitchens too. 😁
