Having recently used wolsey plumbing to supply our new bathroom suite we really wanted to take time out to praise the service we received from Alex Bradley. From start to finish he was incredibly patient, and the knowledge of his stock was outstanding, he wasn't pushy but was forthcoming with some excellent recommendations. We would highly recommend Alex and Wolsey and we are completely delighted with how our bathroom looks.

Wolseley Plumb and Parts is an excellent trade plumbing supplier and bathroom showroom. Although the show room isn’t the biggest, they have a good selection of bathrooms on display, as well as loads of samples and brochures. John was excellent in helping us design our bathroom. I particularly like that there was no sales tactics and felt we got honest and advice about the manufacturers and products to avoid and those that present higher quality and value for money. I will update this very once we have completed our project; touch wood, Wolseley’s great first impression also equals great purchase/after sales service too.

What a waste of time. Went into the Derby Rd showroom on Tues 13th June to get a quote for a new bathroom suite The guy there took my email address and said I would receive it by the next day. I rang again on the Thursday to be told it could be another 2 days. Come end of the day Friday still heard nothing. It is a quote after all how hard is that to do. A total waste of my time going there. This showroom selling service is a joke. Not happy at all.

I can highly recommend Claire and the team at Wolsley Ipswich. They have been extremely helpful while sourcing 3 bathrooms for my first HMO in Ipswich. Knowledgable, flexible and prompt friendly service. I look forward to working with them again in the future and won’t hesitate to recommend.
