Ipswich Bathroom and Tile Centre

I visited the showroom on spec, looking for grouting to match existing colour when replacing a broken floor tile. They didn't have a suitable product for sale but Subhash searched his storeroom and found a nearly-full bag of grout which match exactly! He refused payment and simply asked that I return the unused portion so that he could offer it to anyone else who might need a small amount. It is so rare to find a 'trader' who treats people with kindness and care that I have broken my life rule about posting reviews to report that this man is a Gentleman in the truest sense!

The owner of this Ipswich Bathroom & Tile Centre is a very disreputable and unreliable person. He posted an item available. I requested it in minutes after he posted, but it took him an hour to reply. He then gave me the address to come and collect it. Within the space of minutes, I told him I was on my way. It took me 20 minutes in Ipswich traffic to get there where he told me it had gone! A completely wasted journey. Apparently he had told many others too about collecting this aswell

The very best customer service by the most knowledgeable and thoughtful man, this is a genuine family run business with good old fashioned customer service so refreshing these days to find a company that actually knows about their products! I would highly recommend to anyone who values excellent service and top quality products. 👌
