Updated post: We noticed an issue with the worktop just a couple of weeks after the work was completed. We contacted Matt about it and, although he initially confirmed that he would fix it free of charge, it has now been over six months of repeatedly contacting him for updates with little to no response. The issue clearly falls under the warranty clause in our contract, yet despite regularly following up, we have still not had the issue resolved. The lack of communication and the amount of chasing required has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company and am very disappointed with how the situation has been handled. Original post: Matt and Dan, along with their entire team, were excellent. They did a great job renovating my kitchen from top to bottom. They were super helpful throughout the whole process and were honest about how long each step would take.

They were very polite, hard working and showed great attention to detail. Extremely happy with our new bathroom . Very helpful all the way through the process from choosing the design to ordering.

Lovely people to work with. Great communication. Installed a complete bathroom and a utility room with wc. High standard of workmanship, make helpful suggestions and go above and beyond. Highly recommend and have done so for a friend, who is equally pleased.

TrueCraft kitchens and bathrooms were managed by true professionals.Dan led a great team of honest hardworking guys refurbishing our downstairs bathroom.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Can't recommend Dan and TrueCraft highly enough. Dan fitted our new internal doors, and even picked them up from Howden's for us. His work was excellent and he was very conscientious when it came to cleaning up at the end of the day. Overall, we're very happy. Thank you Dan and TrueCraft.
