Absolutely delighted with our en-suite bathroom. The service provided by Kiril and team is gold standard: was kept informed and consulted throughout; exceptional quality of work completed with high attention to detail; in short time and efficiently; and all done impeccably without fuss. We’ll be using Kiril for our other bathroom, I’d highly recommend that you use him too UPDATE JUNE 2026 I’ve used Kiril and his team again for more bathroom replacements, and everything I said before still stands. The quality of their work, the speed they deliver at, and the sheer hard work they put in are consistently outstanding. To mention that the aftercare is genuinely excellent. I am not sure how to start this review. To say we were completely wowed by this company would be an understatement!! They arrived on time each day. Were very professional throughout. We were told it would take 5 days to rip out and refit our bathroom and it took 3!!! The finish is absolutely beautiful and hotel standard. The bathroom was left ready to use after 24 hours once the silicon had set and that included painting the ceiling they plastered and painted and rehanging the door and making the adjustment for the new flooring. They went above and beyond. I would recommend Kiril and his team to anyone wanting their bathroom refitted.

In all the years of using various tradesman, Kiril and his Team at Premium Bathrooms have been the best! And I mean THE BEST!!!! In 4 days, they had completely taken out the old bathroom and completely replaced it with the new one. Every day they were ready to go just before 8am, they worked both days across the weekend, they were so clean and respectful of our home, they were quiet and polite, they asked for nothing other than guidance to ensure they were making the right design decisions....they gave my Wife and I complete confidence from the very first time we got a quote from Kiril, to the moment the work was completed and all the rubbish was removed, there was literally no trace of them even being here apart from a brand new bathroom, which we love! Everything was just so well organised, well communicated and we did question if this was all for real and when is there going to be the usual experience we've had in the past, but it never happened. Kiril was one step ahead to ask questions to anticipate decisions that needed to be made, to ensure everything ran smoothly. This was 1st class customer service! His Teams expertise is second to none and I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending them to anyone looking for a complete bathroom installation. Its easy for people to moan about all the bad tradesman and I could list many, so its an absolute pleasure to say that Kiril and his Team are like the Unicorns of bathroom installations. You don't need to look anywhere else. Huge thank you!.....

Absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom. Kiril and his team carried out a complete renovation in a totally professional and stress-free way. The finish and attention to detail were perfect and we came back to a clean house, complete with stylish new bathroom. Kiril was reliable and great to deal with. Highly recommended.

From the moment Kril and his team arrived and throughout my bathroom renovation, they were the consummate professionals. Their levels of housekeeping and respect for the property, was first class. At the end of each day the house was left clean and tidy which took all the stress and headache away. Kiril and his team did an Exceptional job renovating my new bathroom. Full overhaul including tiling, new appliances, electrics, plumbing and underfloor heating. Start to finish in less than 5 days. They’re a great bunch, fantastic quality, lovely people who are there to support you. I’ll be going back to Kiril for any and all future house work.
