We have just had a complete bathroom refurbishment carried out by this company and they were excellent. Their workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. They were very helpful and did everything possible to minimise disrupting us. They also use very good subcontractors (i.e Electrician and Plasterers) We have no hesitation in recommending them.

First class service from start to finish. Would highly recommend. The finish is high standard and I was impressed with how tidy my property was left each day when they finished. Thank you both so much for making this project stress free.

The property we moved to last year was in need of a bathroom update. Being new to the area we decided on Norfolk Bathrooms based on their website and testimonials. On their initial visit the two Rob's suggested changes to the layout to help maximise the space. We had also decided to remove an old ensuite and change this to a walk in wardrobe and our initial thoughts were to ask them to deal with the plumbing works and then to look for someone else to complete it. However we were really happy when they told us that they could do everything. The two Rob's could also see that we were in need of new internal doors and asked if we were intending to change these which of course we were . They were happy to deal with this as well which meant that everything could be completed at the same time. Overall we are really pleased with what has now been achieved and would thoroughly recommend them.

I met with many bathroom designers and fitters before I met these guys but pretty instantly I got very good vibes from them and even before they’d sent me their initial quote, I knew I wanted to employ them for my bathroom. On a personal level, they are easy going, up front and very honest. There’s no ambiguity in terms of costing and timescales and they are just genuinely nice guys. Professionally, I don’t think they can be bettered. They are absolute professionals, methodical and detailed in their work. They really know what they are talking about. They kept me up to date every step of the way and made sure they sought approval on every aspect of the job. I really have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone. I've just read the review below by Anne Cox and, having also had a complete new bathroom installed by 'The two Robs', can but echo her words. What I would add is that they refused to cut corners or rush their work as quality was paramount. I wholeheartedly recommend The Norfolk Bathroom Company.

I've just had a complete bathroom installed by this company and I can highly recommend their work. The work is of a very high standard and I particularly liked the fact that there was a lot of attention to detail. The two Robs were really good at keeping me informed about what was happening every step of the way. I would also like to say that their electrician has done a really professional job as well which is the icing on the cake! A great bathroom installed by a great company.

We LOVE our new bathroom! It was dated and falling apart, not to mention leaking into our living room, but following the hard work of The Norfolk Bathroom Company, it’s now a beautiful (non-leaky), modern-looking shower room! Rob and Rob were fabulous, from their initial support and suggestions for a complete redesign, to carrying out the work and leaving the place spotless. Would absolutely recommend their services!
