Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

I had a design appointment with Jake in this store and found the whole process very helpful and laid-back. Wasn't expecting to find what I wanted as easily as I did, many thanks!

Terrible customer service, went in Saturday afternoon as needing to refurbish two bathrooms.. Not asked if we need any help when we were in the shop looking around first for 20 minutes. Shop only had 2 other people in it and around 4 staff. When I approached someone at the front desk I was met with total disinterest. Not having done this before I was hoping to get some experienced guidance and how they could help us. Considering we’re looking to refurbish two bathrooms, have a healthy budget and were ready to commit I was surprised there was not more effort to gain our business. Plenty of other places around who were much more helpful so have spent our money elsewhere.

Went in to view some tile choices and was wonderfully supported by Harry & Tiff. Not only left with some refundable tiles but also managed to discuss a range of options and layouts with the team and found some local tradesmen too.

Really positive experience with Easy Bathrooms in Norwich. Jake was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help acccomodate my needs and design my bathroom. Went over and above so thank you so much

Popped in today with some very loose ideas, loads to see in the showroom. Jake was super helpful in pulling my ideas together. Made a realistic plan. No hard sell, really patient, will happily use them because of that. Definitely go in store, as there’s loads to see and touch to get a good feel for it.

Callum was kind and careful from the off and held our hand all the way from shower to tile spacer. The delivery was spot on with the driver checking all the good and noted one surface missing, which was addressed ASAP. Fitting went like a dream although there were pipe and electric issues none of which became a drama, they just sorted it. We would rate easy bathrooms EASY to deal with and 10/10 in all aspects
