Our Bathroom Showroom experience was nothing short of perfection, and that was mainly down to Lucy. Lucy was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! She made the whole bathroom design and purchasing experience an absolute pleasure. She was so warm, friendly, and genuinely charming, and her knowledge was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, and she gave us great advice without ever making us feel pressured. Lucy is a real credit to the showroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. WOW Lucy went above and beyond for me when it comes to my upstairs bathroom design and install! I felt so pleased when I met her as I felt instantly reassured by her! From concept to design to install we were able to work really well together to complete the vision! I recently contacted her about a small minor change and she was more than willing to go above and beyond to help me which is just so nice as I know I will always go to her now moving forward for anything local for myself or for my clients. She really does know her stuff and she allows you to leave the showroom feeling really confident! I love my shower room!
