JMI BATHROOMS

Over the moon with our new bathroom from JMI. All contractors were professional, clean, tidy, knowledgeable and very helpful! The original separate bathroom and toilet was knocked into one. Also thanks to Joe from JJW Floors for the finishing touch!

Excellent service from the planning stage to completion of our renovated bathroom - completed on schedule. No hassle with organising various trades, the project was managed smoothly and efficiently. Great communication and attention to detail, the whole experience was stress free.

We are so pleased with our new re-configured shower room. From the brilliant design to all of the tradespeople (in particular Josh). Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. The whole process was so well organised. I cannot recommend JMI highly enough.

Excellent service provided by JMI. Their tradesmen work to a top standard and respect your home. The work carried out from start to finish was done with precision and care of my home. The finished result is excellent and top quality. The fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard. When we chose this bathroom, we spent a long time in the showroom with Jo, and she talked us through every little detail, advising us on what was best, as she has great knowledge and understanding of what the client needs.

JMI are very helpful from start to finish and always professional and reliable. They took away an old kitchen and installed a new one. I was told it would take 3 weeks to do and that was the case! I was given exact dates about when certain trades people would be there and these were adhered to. All tradesmen were very helpful, respectful and went beyond the call of duty. I am really happy with the new kitchen and glad I chose JMI. They work brilliantly as a team

We highly recommend JMI Bathrooms Brislington Bristol who recently completed our Bathroom rip-out and re-fit. From our initial chats and further follow-up enquiries with Carol, who was absolutely wonderful, John's home visit to help understand what we could fit into our small space and onto the guys who did all the work, everything was very professional and efficient. Also Jo, Lee and other staff sorting out the dates and timings and assisting with a few minor issues and a couple of late changes i.e. adding a Heated Towel Rail and sorting a different style Shower Door, to allow better access, both of which were arranged very quickly to ensure a smooth operation. All of the guys who came to our Home were not only very professional but also very good workers and nice lads/men too, with special praise to Josh, who was excellent doing 'second-fix', as well as his help with Jamie to replace the outdoor downpipe too. Josh also had to deal with a Shower Door problem, having already fitted the original one before realising it would affect the Basin Unit and he quickly arranged with the office to get it changed, which made for an extended day for him, working until 8pm but there were no complaints from Josh, just a continuation of his happy, smiley self; thank you to all involved in getting the Shower Door changed so quickly too. Our thanks and praise to all involved in all aspects of the project at our Home; we are extremely pleased with how our new Bathroom and Shower looks.

JMI have done 2 bathrooms for us, and recently a new kitchen and utility room. The kitchen/utility is very good quality, and all the projects have been done to an excellent finish and at competitive prices. The whole JMI team, and all other trades arranged by them, were good to deal with, and were always responsive. JMI provides a turnkey service - for us, they removed the old kitchen/utility, took a wall down, all electrics and plumbing, full replaster, all fitting and finishing. The end result is top quality. I would highly recommend JMI.
