The Bathroom Showroom

We recently purchased our new bathroom through Kathy and she was amazing in helping from start to finish.

I went along, not knowing much about the new parts I needed for replacing my shower. Lynette was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in recommending the right parts and what would work best. She spent a great deal of time going through various options and with her experience of having fit bathrooms was able to pass along valuable tips so that mistakes arent made when it comes to fitting it. Thank you so much.

I am very disappointed as I visited the showroom, made an appointment and spent approximately an hour with Lynette discussing my requirements and tight timescales of the small wet room project. Lynette did mention that she was new to this position, but had been in the trade for years, and although was not sure how the software worked, would get me a rough design by the end of the week, Monday at the latest. This allowed her a full week. 2 weeks later and having chased her once, I am still waiting. The cost of the project is approximately £10k and unfortunately City Plumbing have lost out on this as we visited another supplier who was able to get me a design out the same day along with various quotation options. I have been unable to review with no stars, my only option being one star, my opinion is however lower than this!

I can see why The Bathroom Showroom gets 5 star reviews now i have experienced the service. Thank you to Craig, he is knowledgable, efficient and there to help even on after service. Cannot recommend more highly.

Yet to purchase, but Craig (the manager) has been wonderful at helping us find what we need. Showroom has a good range of bathroom items and fittings, plus loads of catalogues to browse. Will be making a few purchases later this week
