Ian and Grant and stone were spot on from start to finish. Ian was always easy to contact, provided a great bathroom design tailored to our needs, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived as expected. Communication throughout the process was excellent, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service.

Tried to use the store to purchase required items for our new bathroom. Generally the design consultant was very knowledgeable and there is so much stock to choose from, that is also of good quality. They offer a quick delivery of approx 2 weeks from suppliers. In this instance I have only give 3 stars, as the consultant had ghosted us after sending over the mock designs. We had initiated the preparation work with choices of hardware and had been waiting on a list of recommended installers to support our fit. So we never got to return and complete the order. It was a shame. Due to our tight timeline we went elsewhere after we didn’t hear back for 3 weeks.
Craig has been incredibly helpful and patient in planning and ordering our new bathrooms. We made numerous changes throughout the process and nothing was a problem, a solution was always found and good advice was given. The quality of the products supplied were high and we are delighted with the final outcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Craig and the Grant & Stone team. Many thanks
