I would recommend The Bathroom Showroom and Stephan without hesitation. We were immediately made to feel welcome and Stephan was very knowledgeable and helpful during our visit. We bought a bathroom basin/vanity unit with tap and waste system. It arrived in store and was delivered within a few days and now that it has been installed it looks wonderful. It is brilliant that we have such a good store so close to home.
Stephan did a great job of helping us sort out sanitary ware for our new bathroom. I would recommend The Bathroom Showroom to anyone.
i brought a vanity cabinet from The Bathroom Showroom in Brighton a couple of months ago and its great - it looks great and works well in my new bathroom - there were a few small issues with the vanity cabinet but Stephan dealt with them all swiftly and brilliantly - i would come here again for sure.
Stephan is brilliant, very helpful and patient with guiding us to a well designed, affordable and beautiful bathroom - great to use every day Thanks so much :)
Dealing with Steffan has been a pleasure. He was very helpful and made some great suggestions with the original design. Throughout the process he’s proactively been in contact. He’s answered all our questions and sorted out any issues. Ultimate the final product looks exactly as we wanted and v close to the original images Steffan provided. Will use again 👍
I was doing a small renovation project for my son’s flat in Brighton and stopped by The Bathroom Shop as my first port of call. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Stephan, who immediately put me at ease. I explained what I was looking for, and he took the time to listen carefully and offer thoughtful guidance. His professionalism, patience, and in-depth knowledge of the products made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Although I had a list of other places to visit, I ended up sourcing everything I needed right there — quickly, efficiently, and at a competitive price. The results speak for themselves, and my son is absolutely delighted with the finished bathroom. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Bathroom Shop to anyone undertaking a renovation project. The service, quality, and value are all top-notch
Stephan from the Brighton Kemptown store has been amazing. He is an utter professional, guiding us through the whole process and choice of products as we renovated an ensuite and a cloakroom. Can't recommend him highly enough!
