The Bathroom Showroom

The Bathroom Showroom is a trading name of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Ltd and has over 290 showrooms nationwide. The Birmingham Kingstanding showroom has been open to both the trade and the public for over two decades. It stocks brands including Mira, Novellini, Roca, Bristan, iflo, Heritage and Vitra.

The showroom provides bathroom products including showers, enclosures, trays, furniture, baths, toilets, basins, taps, tiles and heating. Services include a free 3D design service included in every appointment, a free tile sampling service, a free home measure service and virtual appointments. The showroom manager has been in the bathrooms business for several years.

Buyers equipping a new home, carrying out a major rebuild or adapting a bathroom for disability needs describe a smooth path from first enquiry through to aftercare at this Birmingham showroom. Sian, referred to as the manager, is named again and again for her depth of product knowledge and the time devoted to talking through fittings and wall-boarding, with questions dealt with in a manner buyers call professional and caring, and deliveries reported to land when promised. Becky earns similar appreciation for friendly, prompt service.

A recurring point is the sheer choice on display, which helped one shopper track down a ceramic double sink after searching without success elsewhere and enabled another to gain a generously sized, fully enclosed shower despite a compact room. Support after the sale is mentioned just as often as the purchase itself, covering a plumber arranged to complete the installation inside a single day and leave the property clean. One disabled buyer notes help with a VAT refund that reduced what the project finally cost.
