Reading the reviews, my experience was extremely poor. A lack of customer service..but I can take one guess the reason why. Social Graces.

Sian the bathroom showroom mgr was brilliant, communication was 100% and nothing was too much of an issue. Went the extra mile for us. Asset to the company.

My experience with Sian at City Plumbing in Kingstanding could not have been better and I am entirely happy to recommend them. I bought two suites for a major rebuild and was offered all the support and advice that I could have hoped for whilst working with rather unhelpful builders. Thank you very much for everything.

Says it’s open but when I got there it was closed

Looked everywhere for a Ceramic double sink with no luck for quality and cost until I found this shop. The knowledge experience and aftercare service was next to none. Highly recommend this shop for quality costings and service. Even helped me find an excellent plumber who carried out the work within the day. No rubbish no mess - excellent

We used this company for our bathroom fittings & design , sian went through the plan & design with you and was always happy to help if you needed to change anything on your plan , they provided an excellent service from start to finish , they even recommended a plummer who did a excellent job with fitting out our bathroom.
