Not even worth 1 star . I ordered a toilet and vanity unit and a few days later got a text saying it would be delivered tomorrow but it never was . As it was ordered through Mano Mano I contacted them and aica and had no reply from aica . Aica told Mano that they had sent me 2 emails saying one item was not in stock and they didn’t know when it would be in stock again after saying it would be delivered tomorrow! which they did not . Then did receive an email apologizing and saying I would get a full refund which I did . But not good enough after several lies !
Great service. 48hr delivery, sms messages to keep me informed of drivers eta. Packaged really well. Great product. Easy to assemble. It was a bi fold folding shower door/screen. I am using it as a screen, it self centers at 90 degrees to wall and also folds flat to wall in either direction, the bi-fold makes it easy to fold against wall without hitting the shower rail. Will quite happily use Aica again.

I purchased a flat panelled 600 x 600 anthracite radiator. These designer radiators are excellent I’ve purchased a lot of these radiators and not one has been damaged because the packaging is so good. Delivery was really fast too. Thanks Acia.
The shower tray looks really nice, good quality and heavy - it is actually resin unlike some other descriptions out there. I also like that the riser kit is pre-cut to size, making it neater and easier to install. Most importantly the customer service has been amazing. My questions were answered promptly, the delivery was sent out next day and they even helped me make a last minute change (literally the night before shipping) while adjusting the interest free installments you can pay with. I was curious at first why their prices are lower than others, but they do have decent, good quality stuff and excellent, reliable service and support. I'm now looking to buy the rest of my bathroom bits from them.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Customer Services was very good in the shower is of an excellent quality Nice fake 8 mm glass lovely soft crows fittings and looks excellent very well packed.. The instructions could be a little clearer mind that would be my only suggestion as because of the weight the whole Shower Screen needs Building. I would recommend this product 10 out of 10
