Technique Bathrooms

I’d been researching bathrooms for months and was recommended Technique Bathrooms from a friend and I am so glad we chose them to do our main bathroom and ensuite…just wow! They both look absolutely stunning and exactly what I was looking for. The team were so knowledgable and helpful from start to finish and the whole process was so stress free. Tam was great at advising and suggesting what to go for based on what I liked and was very accommodating when I wanted to make some last minute changes to sink and radiator options. There’s so much choice in the catalogue they provide and the real photos of previous jobs was a big help. The high quality and standards by the guys working and by Dylan from DK tiling were amazing. They always arrived on time and worked all day to get the jobs done. They left the house spotless at the end of each day and worked so hard to complete both bathrooms in such a great time. I would 100% highly recommend 🛁

I recently had my bathroom fitted with this company. They did and amazing job. My bathroom is small so it isn't the easiest for them. When I saw.the.end results I was really impressed. The quality of the work was amazing. No hassles at at. It was a stress free experience.

Low/cheap quality parts fitted, had several issues within a year of fitting new bathroom. Not all of them were fixed and now I am not getting any replies to my emails from them. This review will be updated if they care to address my issues. Update 01/10/2021 : Updating the review to let the readers know the major issue of quality of parts. One of the major issue is the coating on the wall panels is peeling off in several places. These issues have been reported to trader well within warranty period of 2 years but they chose the easy way of blocking me on facebook messenger/WhatsApp & not to reply to my emails. I wouldn't recommend them.

3rd time using this company to fit a bathroom. They have been excellent every time. Recently remodeled an old bathroom to suit my invalid mother in law. They were caring and professional through the entire process. The bathroom was finished to a very high standard by Robert and his colleague. I cannot recommend them more as they were exceptional at their job.

Had Technique Bathrooms redesign and refit a bathroom at my mums house, stripped out the existing bathroom, redesigned and refitted the new bathroom in less than a week, all the time keeping me up to date on progress. All the tradesmen turned up when expected, explained what was being done and kept my wee mammy informed with what was going on. The end result was simply stunning, fully tiled bathroom, walk in shower new suite etc…. Already booked in for another job in my own house now!

I genuinely dont have the words to describe this company , they have been nothing but absolutely amazing , it is a family run business from Tam coming out to take the measurements , shelby dealing with what I would like to put in and Michael carrying out the work. My bathroom was done to the highest of standards , they said it would take 5 days to complete but was done in 3, I had loads of questions and everytime my questions were answered. They make you feel easy and are happy to help in anyway. I would 100 percent recommend this company without hesitation to anyone , yes you can get cheaper quotes elsewhere but you always get what you pay for these guys only use the best materials and to the highest finish. Everyone that has seen my bathroom cant believe the standard its finished too neither can I , so from the bottom of my heart thanks guys will be getting more work done from you in the near future again.

Instead of Technique Bathrooms (TB) installing a beautifully crafted bespoke showerroom created with the highest quality of finish and attention to detail and leaving me with a room I can be proud of. I have paid almost £8.0000 (excluding shower and accessories) and TB delivered poor quality work then took the money and ran. Work was not completed promptly, they did not tidy up after themselves or treat my property with respect, they damaged items after fitting them and made it worse when trying to rectify some of the issues. Communication was not key. It has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced, what started as an amicable situation disintegrated into uncourteous and impolite texts TB owners were reluctant to keep us in the loop or reply to calls this resulted in months of emails and texts most of them being ignored. After TB reluctance to help resolve the issues I sought the advice of Trading Standards who considered my complaint justified and subsequently strived to resolve the situation. I provided three independent quotes for remedial work however I was not surprised when TB chose not to respond to them. They did send someone to look at the porcelain but to date I am still waiting for that to be followed up. Tb requested that I get three independent quotes for making good the poor work and replacing faulty Items. This was done only for TB to yet again not act on it. It was suggested that I obtain a report from an independent surveying company recognised by trading standards this was done at a cost of £288, the report identifies numerous faults and recommendations once again TB chose to ignore this. Trading standards were unable to get TB to engage in regular dialogue or effectively communicate or take ownership.The complaint was escalated to solicitors who again had months of TB owners reluctance to engage in effective communication. Based on the many reviews I may have been the unlucky one and I do appreciate that not all work is perfect all of the time but I would have expected TB to honour their customer promise. To summarize The installation was carried by one of the co-owners (unlike a neighbours that was carried out by an excellent tradesman who had since left by the time my work was started] I have pictures, reports, emails, texts (including some with not the most pleasant language) this review is a warning to anyone who wants to avoid spending thousands of pounds on the risk of poor customer service, It is only a dream bathroom when all goes well then it becomes a nightmare.
