Extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone, literally said he was 'too busy to listen' to what I was trying to discuss, awful customer service. *Edit* For the record, I was phoning an supposed antique bath 'specialist' to ask about purchasing antique bath components from them, and would have been quite happy to pay whatever it cost, currently I'd happily pay double to take my business elsewhere after this awful experience.

After searching for Gladiator WC for quite some time we were delighted to find a restored one with this company. We were stunned to see a rare Edward John Dolphin WC circa 1880 also in the store in a near perfect condition. The only time we have seen this WC has been in books and of course reproduction ones.
