Visited Norwich Tiles & Bathrooms for floor tiles for my kitchen the Gentleman there was extremely helpful & found me a tile that was exactly right, far better service than I got from the larger chain stores, will be using again for my bathroom refit

The best company I encountered in Norwich by far. They have a big range of high quality tiles and the service is just outstanding. I was searching for tiles for months and couldn't find the quality and type I was looking for, until I visited Norwich Times & Bathrooms. The team was lovely and very helpful. They were very attentive towards the ideas I had and proactively came up with the solution - the tiles I eventually bought. The tiles arrived extraordinary fast which was perfect as I informed the team about the time pressure. The communication was wonderful, clear and straight forward. I really recommend this company and the lovely team.

Really informative and helpful chaps. My first tiling job and they took me through the basics and also gave me some really good tips to get a quality finish. The tile selection is vast too, for what looks like a small shop, it is actually bigger than you think. Thanks again chaps, we will be sure to shop here in the future

Highly recommended. Really impressed with the selection of tiles on offer and we found just the tiles we were after for our kitchen walls which none of the other tile shops offered. Paul and Tim were extremely knowledgeable and were very happy to tell us all about the tiles and advise on quantity, grout, and adhesive. They had everything we needed, including a magic tiler. Tim and Paul are very honest and straightforward with their advice, advising us about tile grout protector and cleaning materials which we didn't know anything about; they even told us when we didn't need things ! When it came to the installation of the kitchen, they were our knights in shining armour because our fitter walked out on us mid job leaving us with an incomplete and appallingly laid floor and no wall tiles laid. They really did come to our rescue. Quoted for the job, which was spot on as they didn't overrun and the quality of the tiling is excellent. Their fitter relaid the kitchen floor and finished the floor in the utility and pantry (tiles were bought from a third party) and also laid the wall tiles which we bought from them. Above all, Tim and his team were extremely helpful and supportive. We love our new kitchen and utility and are very pleased. We will definitely return to Norwich Tiles and Bathrooms when we are ready to do our bathroom, ensuite, and loo. Thanks a million for everything you have done for us !

I popped in last week trying to find some tiles for my bathroom. I had been to all the big tile shops and was met with apathy and not much help and a pretty poor tile supply. I was a bit demoralised! Then I arrived here and it couldn’t have been better. Ian helped me very patiently and found me the perfect thing amongst his amazing selection of tiles of all types. Thank you so much.
